This contemporary Cape Cod style home was recently remodled inside and out, including a completely revamped landscape with a modern flair. The design takes advantage of the outside spaces and views of the ocean, mountains and a golf course. Recreation and gathering opportunities are found on all sides of the residence where the landscape improvements feature a new pool and spa, tennis court with outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court with adjoining fire pit, custom steel lattice gates, entry canopy and front yard fountains. The existing planting was completely replaced with a lush new design executed in simple geometric patterns to compliment the modern forms of the hardscape and landscape features.
