Arcadia Studio, celebrating 24 years of design excellence, seeks a Project Designer / Manager Level Landscape Architect for a firm specializing in high-end site development and exterior architecture. We are seeking team members with a mix of the following experience:
• Manage projects of various scales while working with Clients and other design disciplines.
• Execute and oversee time management of projects.
• Manage and assist in the development of complete project documents including Conceptual Design, Design Development and Construction Documents
• Manage and perform Construction Administration services.
• Present design and other project documents to Clients for review and approval. Maintain the firm’s established level of quality for design and graphics.
• Coordinate design activity between various disciplines including Architects, Engineers and Contractors.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture is required.
• Licensed or on the licensure track.
• Experience with Commercial, High-end Residential and/or Institutional projects preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and Client relationship skills.
• Proficient in the development of plans and details required to properly convey design intent at all levels of the design process.
• Proficient in Construction Administration.
• 3 years of experience in a firm, minimum.
• Knowledge in the construction process and field experience sufficient to coordinate projects and monitor quality with contractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Indesign is required.
