China Hill

Built in 1926 by Carlton Winslow, this Spanish revival ranch home was originally set at the top of Las Alturas on eight acres known as China Hill for its Asia influenced gardens. Restoration of the site began in 1996. Improvements included regrading the south lawn and adding a new koi to complement a large existing pagoda, restored rose garden, new trellis and general planting improvements.
